Panasonic TX-L42ET5 HDTV Review

One of the new HDTVs to come from Panasonic this year in the UK is the TX-L42ET5B. This 42 inch LED screen uses passive 3D technology and full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution. Today, the writers from Trusted Reviews got the chance to review this TV before it hits the retail market. The writers were pleased with the TV’s looks and were even happier with what the TV had to offer. They highlighted the TV’s online capabilities above everything else. There were a few problems with the image quality as the writers noted that the 3D image looked stripey and had a few artifacts in it. They also thought that watching standard definition content on this TV was not the best and the company could easily improve it. The other big problem was the lag time, which can be a big problem for gamers. In the end, the final verdict was, “So long as you can feed it a good amount of HD content, the L42ET5 really is a very decent TV for its money. Especially as its sound quality is unexpectedly well-rounded and clean for such a slim design.”

Wow, this Panasonic is amazing! It’s exactly what I’m been looking for, and not just in price…it’s the perfect size and has all the features I’m looking for, too. Your website and a couple others have really helped me narrow the field down from two or three brands I couldn’t choose from to this one TV. I upgraded to HD Free For Life after hearing about it through my job at DISH and was looking for a TV that could really maximize my HD experience and show off all the programming, sports, and HD movie channels I get through DISH.. I’m also an avid gamer so it’s important for me to find a TV that will take my gaming to that next level, and this looks like just the ticket! Thanks again!
