Q & A Session on HD Nation

Today on HD Nation, the hosts answer viewers’ questions. The first is about whether now is a good time or not to subscribe to Hulu Plus. The company is currently being bid on by major internet companies and might change management soon. The good thing about Hulu Plus though is that it is a month-to-month subscription and if you don’t like how the company changes when it gets sold then you can simply cancel the subscription. The next question asks what is the difference between category 1 HDMI cables and category 2 cables. The hosts state that most HDMI cables can handle most content. The only time when someone would have to worry which category to get would be if they were dealing with Ethernet or online content, which would require a faster transferring cable. Lastly a hosts address a question about scaling when dealing with a TV that has a native resolution of 1366 x 768, which is neither a 720p or 1080p HD resolution.
