Best Buy Sells Family Broken HDTV
A lot of people like to purchase HDTVs in order to watch the NFL Super Bowl. The HD resolution allows the viewers to enjoy a better picture than older models. One of the millions who looked to get a big screen TV for the game is Gregory Mason. Unfortunately though, he and his family were unable to watch the game in HD because the TV they brought home was broken. The family paid almost $1400 for their Samsung 50” LCD HDTV but the after unboxing the TV; Greg’s son noticed that the front screen was completely shattered. When the Masons tried to return the TV for a new one, the Best Buy managers said that the broken TV was the family’s fault and would not take it back. The family has not only contacted Best Buy’s higher office, but they are also contacting Samsung to get some restitution. The family has also filed a complaint with a small claims court. Best Buy’s only reply is that they are sending representatives to investigate the situation.
