Sony has always been devoted to quality and customer satisfaction. Recently, the company announced that that some of their 46” BRAVIA LCD panels may develop picture anomalies on the screen. The TVs that might be effected by this include the KDL-46XBR4 and the KDL-46XBR5. Because of the problems, Sony has announced that if any customer experiences problems with these TVs they can still have their TV replaced by Sony even if the warranty has expired. The deal however, will only last until October 31st 2012. Sony has also announced that anyone who has one of these models and had to pay out of pocket to get the LCD panel fixed is eligible to be reimbursed for parts and labor expenses. Reimbursement claims must be submitted before June 30, 2010.
