One concern that has been spreading about 3D HDTVs is about the glasses. Yeah they might help you watch 3D content, but the truth is that most people wouldn’t be caught dead in public with a pair of these glasses. Fortunately though there is hope Recently, Play.com has released a new set of 3D glasses that are both functional and stylish. The glasses are compatible with the polarized technique which is when two sets of images are flashed on the screen and each set is polarized in its own way. The glasses separate the images based on how they are polarized. This ensures that each eye only sees the intended set of images. The “hipster” 3D glasses are available now for £7 ($11).
