This week Gizmodo is holding their second annual Gizmodo Gallery, which is a display of some of the latest and coolest technologies. Some of the displays this year will include electronic motorbikes, singing Tesla coils, modern Tasers, and their favorite is the Panasonic 103” HDTV display. The TH-103PF9UK is by far one of the biggest HDTVs available today. For only $70000 you get a 103” plasma display with full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution and a 5000:1 contrast ratio. The major problem with having a display that huge is that it weighs close to 900 lbs. While Gizmodo was setting up their gallery they were happy to video exactly how a professional crew mounts a 900 lb HDTV using a winch and a lot of communication. When the display is finally up and running, it will play host to a variety of video game tournaments and casual viewing through out the event.
