LaCie ensures that this device can store full HD (1920 x 1080) resolution content and can support a wide variety of formats including, MPEG-1, MPEG-2/HD, MPEG-4, XVID, H.264 HD, WMV9, and VC-1. In addition, the Rugged HD can also be used for music and photos. The Rugged HD is currently available through the company’s website and retails for only $350.
