Pros: Picture quality is excellent except for the excessive overscan. Sound quality is good.

Cons: Top, bottom and sides of all programs are cut off in full-screen (wide screen - normal) mode. The tops of peoples heads are lopped off and the text messages that scroll along the bottom with newscasts cannot be read. Tuner sensitivity is very poor. It share a broadcast signal (with amplifier) with an emerson LCD TV. The Emerson pulls in the digital stations far, far better than the Sanyo.

Review: This may not be a good example of this model. While the quality of the image is excellent, I cannot recommend this set because of the extreme overscan and the poor tuner sensitivity. It should probably have been returned to the store right after its purchase 6 months ago, but there are several personal reasons why this just could not happen.
